- Open a Visual Studio Command Prompt (so regasm.exe is in the path)
- Go to the directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\Enterprise Single Sign-On
- Register the assembles with the command regasm ssosql.dll.
If you are doing this in a 64-bit environment, you MUST use the 64-bit version of regasm to register the assemblies. Otherwise it will succeed the regasm command but will not support the Biztalk 2009 configuration wizard and keep failing.
